Our current estimated dispatch time is approximately 1–2 weeks.

We are currently experiencing a very high volume of orders. All orders are being processed and dispatched chronologically, based on the date they were placed.

DELIVERY TIME ≠ DISPATCH TIME

Please be aware that delivery estimates shown at checkout, such as “DHL 1–2 Days”, refer to the courier's estimated delivery time after your order has been dispatched and collected by DHL.

This does not mean your order will be dispatched within 1–2 days.

Once your order has been processed and collected by DHL, you will automatically receive your tracking information and the relevant courier delivery estimate will apply.

We are a small team of two and are working through the current volume of orders as quickly and accurately as possible. We appreciate your patience while we adapt to the significant increase in demand.

If you are unable or do not wish to wait for the current dispatch timeframe, you are welcome to request a cancellation and refund at any point before dispatch. Simply contact us with your order details and we'll be happy to process this.
